A sydney moment

So, I'm going to target yesterday morning, and sydney comes running up to me as I'm going out the door and says, "Mommy, I'm ready to go". Then she pauses for a moment and says "Um mommy, just one more thing....my pants are missing."

Yup, she was ready to go - hat, jacket, shoes and socks. And.... underpants...

And he's off!!!!!

Catching up with some pics

Sorry we've been AWOL

It's been a crazy month. We moved about 2 weeks ago now and have been settling in. Still dont have internet at home, so no new pics of the kids (although I will catch up after the 15th when we get internet), but I do have a pic of the new house I thought I'd post.

We are really enjoying it. Sydney has already made friends with the group of 10 year old girls that live in the neighborhood. they come over to play with her and fill me in on the neighborhood dirt so it's a win win :) We are starting to meet all the parents too and everyone seems pretty nice so far..

So in general, there really IS truth to the statement "Everything works out for the best". We were SO sad when we lost the other house we wanted to buy, but this new house really couldn't have worked out better, and we're already really happy there....
